 www 宝鸡市生产力促进中心于1998年12月成立，是在科技部、省市科委和市政府的重视、支持下建设发展起来的。政 府的支持和工作方向的正确引导，为中心的建设提供了强有力的支撑条件和广阔的发展空间。 三年来，中心紧密围绕“科技兴市”和“西部大开发”战略的实施，积极探索适应国家产业和技术政策、适应 市场和企业需要的运行模式，以企业多层次、多方位、全过程的综合性服务需求为根本，以机制创新和专业化、品牌 化发展为动力，从完善基础设施建设和服务支撑体系着手，构建了资本、科技、信息三大平台，形成了适应于宝鸡市 经济发展战略和企业实际需求的服务功能体系，发展出管理顾问服务、培训、共性技术导入企业孵化、软件开发、技 术产权交易等核心业务，并在为农业和农村经济的服务方面勇于探索，创建了 “五个一”工程的特色服务模式．即 以宝鸡农业信息网为依托，实施聘一名专家、办一所学校、建一个示范基地、带动一个产业、兴一方经济的集成化增 值服务，以服务手段促成农业科技成果的转化、以农业专家大院和良种繁育中心拉动农业科技产业链条的形成和不断 升级，以信息化手段沟通和培育市场．并辐射带动了一批乡镇、村组和农户．创造出良好的经济效益．初步形成了科 技、信息、市场之间的互动价值网络，对宝鸡市经济结构的战略性调整、推动农业产业升级．起到了显著的作用。 迄今，中心联系和服务的企业已达140多家．提供各类信息12000多条．培训各类人员4．7万人次，完成综合性 服务收入740万元，超额完成了各项目标任务和经济收入指标。由于工作业绩突出，中心连年被评为宝鸡市科技工作 先进集体，并于2001年元月被科技部认定为国家级示范中心。 ww
 wwwEstablished in December 1998, Baoji Municipal Productivity Promotion Center receives high attention and full support from the MOST, the provincial and municipal department of science and technology, and the Baoji Municipal Government. The government's support and correct orientation direction create mighty supporting conditions and vast development space for the construction of the center. In the past three years, the center closely sticks to the implementation of the strategy of "invigorating the city with science and technology" and the national policy of "Great Development of Western China". It actively explores operational modes that suit to the state industrial and technological policies, and demands of the market and enterprises. It takes the diversified, multi-level and whole- process comprehensive service demands of enterprises as the foundation of all efforts, targets mechanism innovation and professional and name brand oriented construction as the driving force, and starts from constructing improved infrastructure and service supporting system to build up three great platforms of capital, science and technology, and information. So far, it has formed a service functional system that copes with the municipal economic development strategy and actual demands of enterprises in the city. It has gradually expanded the core businesses of management advisory service, training, introduction of general technologies, enterprise incubation, software development, and technological property transaction. Meanwhile, it is active to explore services of agriculture and rural economy, create the characteristic service mode of "Five One" projects, namely, to develop integrated value-added services with support from Baoji agricultural ;nfrxrra~firxn ne, tx~r~rlr f~atnrlno emnlovinp one exnert, buildina markets, which plays a significant role in strategically readjusting the economic structure and promoting the agricultural industry of Baoji City.
