 www 兵器工业生产力促进中心，是以中国兵器工业新技术推广研究所为基础组建的不以营利为目的的特殊事业法人单位。中心追求“诚实、创新、高效、务实”，1997年8月26日被命名为国家级示范生产力促进中心。中心有职工125人，科技人员占96%，其中高级专业人员45名，拥有各类技术与管理专业30多个。2000年以推广所为依托，成立了“国防科学技术工业委员会科技成果推广转化研究中心”，旨在集中国防科技工业成果转化力量，推进国防科技成果推广、转化与创新，是面向整个国防科技工业的高新技术推广转化网络体系。  www 中心致力于组织实施、推广、应用各类新技术、新工艺、新材料、新设备以及促进科技成果商品化，开拓国际和国内科技成果交易和技术市场。“九五”期间，中心帮助工业企业推广各类新技术和科技成果12000多项，创收达10亿多元，推广应用的投入产出比为1：6.75。多次组织国防科技工业科技成果参与国内外的交流与合作，累计交易额达60多亿元。建立了常设技术市场，开展了各类人才培训，累计5000多人次。国防科技成果推广转化网（www.techinfo.gov.cn）运行一年多来，取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益，近500个项目达成初步合作意向，实现产业化项目20余项，经济效益达3.96亿元。 www
  www The Productivity Promotion Center of Ordnance Industry is a special government-sponsored institution established on the basis of the New Technology Promotion Research Institute of China Ordnance Industry, which does not take economic returns as the orientation. The center adheres to the enterprise culture of "sincerity, innovation, high efficiency and doing practical work". On August 26 1997, it was awarded as a state-level model PPC. To date, it has 125 staff members, in which 96% are scientific and technical personnel, including 45 senior professionals in over 30 technological and management specialties. In 2000, it officially established the "Scientific and Technological Achievements Promotion and Transformation Research Center under the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense", with full support from the New Technology Promotion Research Institute of China Ordnance Industry. As a Hi-Tech promotion and transformation network system, taking the whole scientific and technological industry of national defense as the orientation, the center aims to accumulate the practical power transformed from national defense scientific and technological industrial achievements, in a bid to accelerate the paces of promoting, transforming and innovating scientific and technological achievements in the national defense industry.  ww The center is devoted to the causes of organizing, implementing, promoting and applying various new technologies, new procedure, new materials and new facilities, accelerating commercialization of technology achievements, and exploring exchanges of technological achievements and technological markets home and abroad. During the ninth Five-Year-Plan period, the center succeeded in assisting industrial enterprises to promote over 12,000 items of various new technologies and technological achievements, creating economic returns of over one billion yuan, and realizing a ratio of 1:6.75 for promotion input and production output. It successively organizes scientific and technological industrial achievements in the national defense industry to participate in exchange and cooperation activities home and abroad, with an accumulated transaction volume worth over six billion yuan. It has established a permanent technological market, launched various personnel training programs, with combined participants of over 5,000. The promotion and transformation network of national defense technological achievements (www.techinfo.gov.cn), after one-year operation, have achieved fairly good economic results and social benefits. Nearly 500 projects have reached preliminary agreements for cooperation, and over 20 projects have been put into industrial production, creating total economic returns of over 396 million yuan.
