 222长沙生产力促进中心是1995年12月1日由原国家科委批准，于1996年10月21日正式定编成立的。长沙高新技术创业服务中心、长沙市科学技术信息研究所先后并入中心合署办公，现定编40人。中心拥有场所6000平方米，资产1424万元，中级职称以上员工占总数的70%。中心下设产业服务部、交流交易部、培训部、网络部及综合管理部五个部门。培育科技型中小企业、科技中介、培训、网络及声像制作是中心主要业务。2000年被科技部高新司批准为国家级示范中心。  2221. 建立全国生产力信息网和科技信息网，并成为地区网络中心； 2222. 培育科技型企业卓有成效，中心资本金注入的企业湖南紫光产值过5000万元，湘江生力产值过1000万元；

  22 Changsha Productivity Promotion Center was originally approved by the former State Science and Technology Commission on December 1st 1995 and then was officially established with authorized size on October 21 st 1996. After that, Changsha Hi-Tech Incubator and Changsha Municipal Scientific and Technological Information Research Institute were successively merged into the center, with a total authorized staff of 40 personnel. At present, the center has a floor space of 6,000m2, and total assets of 14.24 million yuan, with 70% of the staff members possessing medium-grade professional titles or above. The center has five subordinate units, which are the industrial service dept., communication and transaction dept., training dept., network dept., and comprehensive management dept.. The center sets its main targets as cultivating technology-oriented SMEs, providing scientific and technological intermediate services, offering training programs, network and video program production. In 2000, the MOST approved it as a State-level Model PPC.
 221. Having established a nationwide productivity information network and scientific and technological information network, and having built itself into the network center in the local area. 222. Having achieved remarkable results in cultivating scientific and technological oriented enterprises. For instance, the two enterprises of Hunan Ziguang and Xiangjiang Shengli, which contain investment of the center, have output value of over 50 million yuan and 10 million yuan, respectively. 223. Having completed a dozen of government-entrusted special projects, including investigation of the situation of white pollution in Changsha and raising corresponding countermeasures, survey of scientific and technological intermediate organs in Changsha, and intelligentized agriculture. 224. Organizing CIMS and CAD popularization and application programs. Being awarded by the Provincial Light Industry Administrative Department as "Hunan Light Industrial and Garment CAD Promotion Center". Having completed experiments of the Towel Group CIMS Program and Organizations, and having established the CAD center in alliance with garment enterprises. 225. Having accelerated transformation of scientific research achievements and rebuilding traditional industries with new and high technologies. It has organized two large scale exhibitions, negotiated over 1,200 projects, concluded direct transactions of contracts worth over four million yuan, and transformed over 60 achievements, adding 120 million yuan of sales value. 226. Having organized in multiple modes training programs and lectures, totaling over 5,000 participants, and organized over 4,000 people to participate in software qualification and proficiency examinations.
