222常州市生产力参加中心(以下简称中心)成立于1997年12月,是非营利性科技中介服务型事业单位,直属常州市科技局.本中心现有员工四十余人,98%为大专以上学历.现下辖八个事业部和一个环境认证中心,主要业务范围包括:各类标准认证咨询,科技培训,企业管理咨询,投资顾问等,拥有一支专兼职的高级技术咨询师队伍,并与有关著名高等院校,科研机构,境外生产力促进机构建立了合作关系,目前是常州市最大的科技中介咨询单位.

1998年度成为美国微软授权的培训中心，迄今已培训1000人左右。
1999年度常州市首家获得IS09000质量认证咨询资质，到目前止共签约230个项目
2000年度常州市首家取得IS014000环境认证咨询资质，迄今共签约25个项目： 成为上海技术产权交易所会员单位； 在国内同行业首家通过英国国家质量保证公司(NQA)的IS09000质量认证：
2001年度被科技部评为“国家级示范生产力促进中心”：是全国第五家获得“绿色选择”标志认证 咨询资质的单位；开拓了计算机、外语、现代企业管理、团体培训：接受中心各项技术服
务的中小企业已突破2000家。

22 Established in December 1997, Changzhou Municipal
Productivity Promotion Center is a government-sponsored
institution directly under the Changzhou
Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology,
providing scientific and technological intermediate
services that does not have economic profits
as the orientation. To date, it has over
40 staff members, 98% of which have received
college or university education. It has 8
subordinate operational departments and one
environment authentication center, mainly
covering the business fields of various standard
authentication consultation, scientific and
technological training, enterprise management
consultation, and investment advisory service.
It has a team of senior professional and
part-time technological advisors. And it
has established cooperation with famous colleges
and universities, research institutions and
overseas PPCs. So far, it is the largest
scientific and technological intermediate
service institution in Changzhou City. It
has always been our objective to exert all
our efforts to assist SMEs (customers) promoting
their productivity to their satisfaction.

22 Main Achievements 1998 Authorized by Microsoft
of the United States as one of its training
centers in China. So far, the center has
trained about 1,000 persons. 1999 The first
in the city to obtain the qualification of
ISO9000 Quality Authentication Consultation.
So far, it has signed 230 projects. 2000

of ISO14000 Environmental Authentication
Consultation. So far, it has signed 25 projects.
Becoming a member unit of Shanghai Technological
Property Rights Exchange. The first in the
industry in China to pass ISO9000 Quality
