 www 福建省乡镇企业生产力促进中心是全国首批十家国家级示范生产力促进中心之一，是中国生产力促进中心协会理事单位，1998年被农业部评为全国乡镇企业技术创新先进单位，1999年被省政府评为服务乡镇企业先进单位。省委、省政府、省人大、省政协领导多次到中心考察、调研。中心共有编制50人，现有员工38人，拥有办公场所800平方米，总资产600多万元。中心下设科技开发推广科、政策咨询科、信息培训科、品质指导科、市场营销科、办公室及福建省乡镇企业CAD咨询服务中心。 中心主题词：创新 共享 发展  www 1997年被认定为国家级示范中心四年来，在全省各地举办各类科技成果推介及洽谈会43场，累计签订技术合同163项、意向647项；为企业引进各类人才450多人次，其中技术人才370多人次、外国专家26人次；为近百家企业提供企业诊断、企业策划、法律咨询等咨询服务；协助10多家企业通过ISO9000等相关质量体系认证；共培训、培用各类人员7000多人次；建立7个专业数据库，采集各类信息20000多条，为企业提供信息3000多条；在省内外主办、协办各类大型经贸洽谈、展销会13场，销售、投资合同及意向超过10亿元；为企业引进资金近亿元；与12个县（市、区）建立了长期密切合作关系；服务企业超过600家，企业增加收入近10亿元。
  www Fujian Township Enterprises Productivity Promotion Center is one of the first ten State-level Model PPCs in the country. It is a member of the executive council of CAPPC. In 1998, the Ministry of Agriculture awarded it as an advanced unit of technological innovation for township enterprise in the country. In 1999, the provincial government appraised it as an advanced unit providing services to township enterprises. So far, leading officials from the provincial party committee, provincial government, provincial people's congress and provincial political consultative conference have paid numerous visiting tours to the center for inspection and survey. The center has an authorized scale of 50 staff members, and an actual staff of 38 persons, with 800 m2 of office building and over six million fixed assets. The center has the following subordinate offices: scientific and technological development and promotion section, policy consultation section, information and training section, quality guidance section, marketing section, general office, and Fujian township enterprises CAD consultation service center. Key words of the center: innovation, participation, and development  www In the past four years since it was appraised as a State-level Model PPC in 1997, Fujian Township Enterprise PPC has organized 43 sessions of promotion and trade fairs in the province for various scientific and technological achievements. It has successively facilitated signing 163 technological contracts and 647 projects with intentions of cooperation. So far, it has introduced 450 talents of multiple fields for enterprises in the province, including 370 technical personnel and 26 foreign experts. It has provided consultation services to nearly 100 enterprises in the fields of enterprise diagnosis, enterprise planning, and legal affairs consultation. It has assisted ten enterprises passing ISO9000 and other related quality system authentication, trained and cultivated over 7,000 professional personnel, established seven professional databases, collected 20,000 pieces of messages and provided enterprises over 3,000 valuable messages. It has sponsored and assisted to hold 13 large-scaled trade fairs and exhibitions in and out of the province, realizing over one billion yuan worth of sales, investment contracts and intentional cooperation agreements. It has helped enterprises introducing nearly 100 million actual funds. It has set up long-term cooperation relations with 12 counties, cities and districts, with over 600 customer enterprises, and created nearly one billion yuan additional income for the enterprises.
