 222广东省生产力促进中心经广东省人民政府批准成立，是广东省科技厅直属的科技服务型事业单位。内设办公室、财务部、技术开发部、技术培训部（广东科技进修学院）、咨询顾问部、信息服务部、对外交流合作部、工业设计部、新技术产业部。拥有一支高级技术专家咨询服务队伍，聘请了一批技术、经济、管理、法律等方面的专家为顾问，聘任了120多人为专兼职培训师资。经过数年的努力，朝着市场化、社会化和网络化的方向积极迈进，1999年被科技部认定为国家级示范生产力中心。  222双向服务创佳绩 受省政府有关部门委托，先后承办了两届深圳“高交会”广东展团、广东首届“山洽会”科技代表团及北京“高新技术产业国际周”广东团的组织工作。在第二届“高交会”上，共组织63个单位的136个项目参展，成交金额27亿元，广东展团获“优秀组织奖”和“优秀成交奖”。在首届“山洽会”上，共组织72家科研所和科技型企业的173个项目参加，会上成交1.7亿元，为山区建设起到良好作用。 信息服务受欢迎 1998年创建“全国生产力信息网”广东区域中心，根据企业需求不断更新录入各类技术、产品、人才等综合信息。支持省内各市和行业组建生产力信息网，并与广东区域中心互联，实现资源共享。为科研院所、高校、中小企业提供信息咨询和技术服务；组织实施“广东省中小企业信息化示范工程”，形成企业服务协作网络，推进全省生产力促进体系网的建设。

  22 group of experts to work as advisors in the fields of technology, economy, management, and laws, including 120 teaching staff. After years of efforts, the center has made great progress in the market, socialized and network oriented construction, and in 1999, the MOST awarded it as a State-level Model PPC. 
22Well received information service In 1998, the center established the Guangdong regional center of China Productivity Information Network, which incessantly supplies various information on technologies, products and talents according to the demands of enterprises. It supports the establishment of local productivity information networks in various cities and industrial sectors in the province, agreeing to connect with them to share information resources. It has provided information consultation and technological services to research institutions, colleges and universities, and SMEs in the province. And it has organized and implemented the model project of information-oriented construction for SMEs in the province to make up an enterprise service and collaboration network, contributing to the construction of the systematic productivity promotion network in the province. 22Joint development to accelerate transformation The center works with Zhongshan University and South China Institute of Technology to undertake the development of four technological projects, including "LYB03 type AFT biological degradation reactor research and development project". And the center takes active measures to promote the transformation of five research achievements into actual productive forces, including the "pollution free biological pesticides and high efficiency plant nutrition intermediate. It wins full support of experts from Guangzhou University to offer enterprises with industrial designs and specific training and advisory services, contributing to the unification of industrial production and academic studies. 22Upgrading with consultation instructions In recent years, the center has provided over 600 enterprises in the country with technological advisory and other services, including packing adhesion, double layer agricultural films, light transparency, and heat preservation and energy saving technologies. It cooperates with counterparts in Hong Kong and Taiwan to offer diagnosis and advisory services to SMEs, helping them improve management standards and technological innovation capacity. And it takes positive measures to instruct SMEs applying for innovation funds. 22Multi-layer training courses To cope with the demands of technological innovation and further education for professional technicians in SMEs, the center has sponsored a series of technological and management training courses for different layers of participants and with distinctive characteristics. So far, it has trained a total of 15,000 personnel in the province. Under the support of the MOST, the center succeeded in holding the first session of training course for enterprise diagnosis professionals, and starts to implement the Innovation Training Project for SMEs 22Expanding communications and cooperation The center takes advantage of its geographical conditions to intensify communication and cooperation with productivity promotion agencies in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao and foreign scientific and technological service institutes. It initiated and organized symposiums between Guandong PPC and their counterparts in West China on economic and technological cooperation. It organized delegations to participate in the second session of Eureka Plan Asia Activities, 2000 Hong Kong International Invention Exhibition, and other international technological and economic trade fairs and seminars, contributing to technological communications and trade cooperation between Guangdong enterprises and those coming from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and foreign countries.
