 www工业与日用电器行业生产力促进中心主要依托于广州电器科学研究所，是1998年科技部批准成立的大型综合性科技服务机构。中心具有雄厚的行业资源和人才资源，国内12个全国行业性协会和标委会，以及国际电工委员会IEC的16个TC/SC（技术委员会/分技术委员会）文件表决处理及国内技术归口机构设在本中心，机械工业第三计量测试中心站和广州通力电工咨询公司隶属于本中心。中心理事会包含政府官员、企业界、学术界以及专业团体的人士。除本中心常务技术人才外，中心建立了外围高级专家库，因此，中心实际上荟萃了中国日用电器及相关行业的各类精英人才，是行业各类信息的交汇中心。我们能够为企业解决难题，特别为中小型企业提供全过程综合性服务，包括：行业工作、各类标准、行业信息、计量校准、国际合作、人才培训、技术服务、认证咨询等。中心受政府支持，不以营利为目的，真诚地为企业工作，是企业的益友良朋。  www◆ 2000年荣获“国家级示范生产力促进中心”称号。 www◆ 积极与欧美及亚太地区的多个组织和机构开展广泛的联系和合作，承担中外政府间和国际机构间合作项目，受到国外合作机构和国内同行及上级部门的一致好评，如：1999～2000年的中德政府合作的电冰箱CFC替代技术推广与培训项目，面向全国培训了近200名培训师队伍，正面向全行业推广，并荣获科技进步二等奖。 www◆ 立足行业，积极开展行业和标准服务工作，曾多次被原国家质量技术监督局和国家机械局评为“先进单位”，多位同志荣获“先进个人”。 www◆ 2000年6月份成功举办了“中德CFC替代技术培训师培训班”，为企业培养了一批高级技术师资力量，为技术的更新和环保事业作出了一定的贡献。 www◆ 2000年4月，召开了“中德家用电冰箱CFC替代技术国际研讨会”，给国内外厂家及专家提供了交流的空间，极大地推进了技术的进步和产品的更新，受到国内外行业和专家的一致好评。 www◆ 积极开展技术服务，机械工业第三计量测试中心以其准确、可靠的检定、计量作风，赢得广大客户的赞誉和上级领导部门的首肯，由国家质量监督局授予国家认可实验室资格。 www◆ 广州通力电工认证咨询有限公司，拥有一批经验丰富的、具有高级注册审核员资格的专职咨询人员，与中国轻工、中质协以及DNV等中外认证机构建立了密切的联系，为近千家企业提供了咨询服务和认证的相关服务。 www◆ 中心创办的全国性技术刊物《电机电器技术》、《环境技术》等，连续荣获1999年、2000年“广东省优秀期刊”称号。 www◆ 坚持不懈地开展服务工作, 提高服务质量，2001年底将通过ISO 9001质量体系认证。
 wwwEstablished in 1998 under approval of the MOST, Productivity Promotion Center of Industrial and Household Electrical Appliance is a large-scaled comprehensive scientific and technological service institution based on Guangzhou Electrical Appliance Science Research Institute. It has rich industrial and talent resources. Altogether 12 national industrial associations and standard committees and 16 file voting processing agencies of technology commissions and sub-commissions (TC/SC) under IEC and related domestic technological agencies are located in the center. The No.3 Metering and Testing Key Station of Machinery Industry and Guangzhou Tongli Electrical Appliance Consulting Firm are subordinate to the center. The center is managed under an administrative council, with members coming from governmental officials, business circles, academic circles, and professional community. Aside from its own professional technological talents, the center has established database of senior experts in the society. The center has actually accumulated all kinds of talents in the electrical appliance and related industries in the country, functioning as an information communication center in the industry. It has sufficient capacities to solve difficult problems for enterprises, particularly end-to-end comprehensive services to SMEs, in the fields of industrial services, various standard services, industrial information, measurement calibration, international cooperation, personnel training, technological service, and authentication consultation. With full support from the government, the center is devoted to the cause of genuinely serving the interests of enterprises rather than taking economic benefits as the orientation. wwwRemarkable Achievements www◆ In 2000, it won the title of State-level Model PPC. www◆ It is active in establishing wide range contacts and cooperation with multiple institutions and agencies in Europe, the United States and Asian Pacific Region. It has undertaken a number of cooperation projects between the Chinese and foreign governments and international agencies, winning unanimous appraisal from foreign partners, domestic counterparts and administrative organs in the country. They include the promotion and training project of refrigerator CFC substitution technology, a Sino-German governmental cooperation program in 1999-2000 period. For this purpose, it trained nearly 200 teaching staff coming from all parts of the country. So far, the technology is promoted in the industry nationwide. And the project won national 2nd grade prize of scientific and technological progress in the country. www◆ The center exerts all efforts to provide industrial and standardization services, while basing itself on the electrical appliance industry. It was successively appraised as an "advanced unit" by the State Administration of Technical Supervision and former State Bureau of Machine Building Industry. And many of the staff members were awarded the title of "advanced individual". www◆ In June 2000, the center successfully sponsored the Sino-German CFC Substitution Technology Teaching Staff Training Program, which cultivated a large amount of senior technological teaching staff for enterprises in the country, contributing considerably to the cause of technological innovation and environmental protection. www◆ In April 2000, the center sponsored the international symposium on Sino-German Electrical Appliance Refrigerator CFC Substitution Technology. It provided new perspective for manufacturers and industrial experts home and abroad on product innovation, winning wide praise worldwide. www◆ It is active in launching technological services. The No.3 Metering and Testing Key Station of Machinery Industry is widely commended by customers and superior administrative departments for its precise and reliable measurement and work style. The State Administration of Technical Supervision awarded it qualifications of state recognized lab. www◆ Guangzhou Tongli Electrical Appliance Consulting Firm possesses a group of rich experienced professional consultative personnel with senior registration checker qualifications. It has established close relations with China Light Industry, China Quality Association, DNV and some other authentication agencies home and abroad, providing consulting services and authentication related services to nearly 1,000 enterprises in the country. www◆ The center has published national technological magazines of Electric Machinery and Electric Appliance Technology and Environmental Technology, which were awarded as Excellent Magazines of Guangdong Province in 1999 and 2000, respectively. www◆ The center exerts unremitting efforts to open up services and promote service qualities. It is estimated that the center will pass ISO9000 Quality System Authentication at the end of 2001. With full support from the government and with enterprises as the orientation, fully mobilize and utilize industrial resources.
