 www 贵阳生产力促进中心于1998年11月8日正式成立，是 以企业化运作的事业单位。2000年初被科技部认定为国家 级示范生产力促进中心。“中心”位于贵阳市青云路58号， 建筑面积3700平方米。内有技术交易大厅，可承担计算 机技术、网络技术、外语语音教学的多功能科技培训中心， 贵阳科技信息港、贵阳医药信息网两个网站和中心MIS系 统。现下设：行政人事部、技术交易与企业创新部、知识 产权与信息部、对外合作与交流部、财务部5个部门以及 贵阳市科技风险投资有限公司、贵州贵阳软件园、贵阳中 药现代化高新技术创业服务中心、贵州省贵阳技术咨询评 估论证中心、贵阳东圣专利事务所五个附属机构。按照全 心全意为全市中小企业，特别是科技型中小企业提供最优 质服务的宗旨，建立了技术支持、金融支撑、信息咨询、 科技中介和人才培训、交流与合作等服务体系，致力于为 企业提供诊断咨询、科技项目申报和评估论证、共性技术 推广、科技成果推广及技术交易、信息查询及检索、专利 代理、科技培训、项目孵化、各种大型活动的组织策化等 综合服务。“中心”现有员工60人，大专以上学历的58人． 其中博士生1人，硕士生1人，大学本科生40人。 www

It also has five subsidiary units, which are Guiyang Municipal Science and Technology Venture Investment Co. Ltd., Guizhou Guiyang Software Park, Guiyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Modern Hi-Tech Development Service Center, Guiyang Technological Consultation, Evaluation and Authentication Center, and Guiyang Dongsheng Patent Agency. Following the tenets of providing whole-heartedly best services to SMEs, particularly the technological oriented ones, the center has established a service system in the fields of technological support, financing support, information consultation, science and technology intermediate services, and personnel training, communication and cooperation. It is now active in providing enterprises services on respect of: diagnosis consultation, scientific and technological project application, evaluation and authentication, general technology promotion, scientific and technological result popularization and related technology transaction, information inquiry and searches, patent intermediate services, scientific and technological training, project incubation, and organization and planning of diversified large-scaled activities. So far, it has 60 staff members, including 58 receiving college and university education, with one Ph.D., one master and 40 bachelors.  ww To date, the center has provided SMEs over 280 diagnosis services, investigated the performances of 300 enterprises, and submitted 263 diagnosis reports. On the basis of earnest and meticulous investigations and studies of 154 pharmaceutical enterprises,it chaired to compile the Implementation Program of Modernizing the Traditional Chinese Medicine Industry in Guiyang. In addition,the center helped to reform the traditional phosphorous chemical industry in the city,rapidly realizing the industrialized production line of defluorinated tricalcium phosphate[Ca3(PO4)2]for feed processing,with an annual capcaity of 15000 tons,accelerating the transformation of technological results,It has worked to upgrade technological contents and management levels of pillar industries,It is marked by the completion of the pilot experiment of the project of comprehensively utilizing yellow phosphorus gases from high purified phosphorus pentoxide(P2O3)and high polymerization ammonium phosphate [(NH4PO3)n],with an annual eapacity of 2,000 tons ,This realizes the objective of upgrading traditional industries with new and high technologies.It has inyrndified the popularization of general technologies by promoting CAD and CAM technologies in 12 enterprises,excellent models in effect,ANd it has set up a software park,supported the development of software enterprises and sped up the paces of digital oriented construction of Guiyand City,So far,it has created a sales value of 240 million yuan and profits of 80 million yuan for the software industry,facilitating the development of IT industry in the city, The center has offered venture capital support to SMEs in the city, with a combined guarantee and investment hitting over 50 million yuan, The projects under the scheme have won excellent economic results,with an additional output value of 450 million yuan and profits of 50 million yuan.And the center has helped enterprises to make over 70 project applications.and sponsor 61 terms of professional training courses,benefiting over 2,000 persons.
