 www 河南省生产力促进中心始建于1993年8月，是隶属于河南省科学技术厅的事业法人单位，1997年被认定为首批国家级示范中心，1999年参加全国生产力促进中心建设重点省行动，2000年发起成立河南省生产力促进协会，2001年当选为中国生产力促进中心协会常务理事单位。中心现有员工65名，内设企业发展、信息工程、公关策划、培训教育和办公室等四部一室，中心独资兴建了广告公司、评估中心和RPM快速原形制造技术服务中心，控股组建了河南生联计算机软件有限公司、河南省863软件孵化器有限公司，并与省财政厅共同组建了河南省技术产权交易所。中心在市场的磨练中逐步形成了一套以创新为主体的管理运行机制，培育了一批以软件研发、信息网络、企业策划、科技评估和先进制造技术为主导的业务群落，并与国内外300余家同类组织和中介服务机构建立了友好合作关系。 ◆ 形成了一套以人为本以创新为核心的管理和运行机制。 ◆ 锻炼了一支以市场需求为出发点的干部和技术骨干队伍。 ◆ 联合社会力量，在全省范围内形成了以生产力促进中心为龙头的社会化技术创新服务体系。 ◆ 建立了门类齐全的专家服务网，拥有资深专家2000余名，其中常年开展合作服务的核心层专家100名。 ◆ 承担了一批以“中小企业信息化示范工程”、“农业信息化示范工程”和“软件专业孵化器”为核心的国家863计划项目。 ◆ 培育了一批以软件研发、信息网络、企业策划、科技评估和先进制造技术为主导的业务群落。 ◆ 架起了科技与经济结合的桥梁，中心受省政府委托举办的科技成果交易会，成交额达31亿元，前来参展、参观的省内外企业、高校、科研以及金融机构的人员超过10万人次。 www
  wwwEstablished in August 1993, Henan Provincial Productivity Promotion Center is a government-sponsored institution under Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology. In 1997, it was listed among the first group of State-Level PPC in the country. In 1999, it participated in the activity of building a number of key provincial PPCs in the country. In 2000, it initiated to establish Henan Provincial Productivity Promotion Association. And in 2001, it was elected as a permanent member unit in the council of CAPPC. wwwAt present, the center has 65 staff members. It has the subordinate units of enterprise development Dept., information engineering dept., public relations planning dept., training and education dept., and general office. The center has exclusively built up an advertisement company, evaluation center, and RPM Rapid Prototype Manufacturing Technology Service Center. It has established Henan Shenglian Computer Software Co. Ltd. and Henan 863 Incubator Co. Ltd. as the largest shareholder. And it cooperated with Henan Provincial Department of Finance to set up Henan Technological Property Exchange. The center has gradually formed a set of management operation system focusing on innovation after years of hard struggle in the market. It has cultivated a group of businesses predominantly focusing on software development, information network, enterprise planning, scientific and technological evaluation, and advanced manufacturing technologies. And it has established friendly and cooperative relations with 300 counterparts and intermediate services from home and abroad. ww ◆ The center has built up a set of management and operation mechanism that gives top priority to the interest of man and evolves round innovation. ww ◆ It has cultivated a team of executives and technological staff that take market demand as the initiating point of every work. ww ◆ It unites various powers in society and forms a new socialized technological innovation service system that has the PPC as the core in the province. ww ◆ It has set up a service network with experts from all industrial sectors, including over 2,000 senior experts, in particular, 100 most fundamental experts that provide cooperative services all year round. ww ◆ The center has undertaken a number of projects under the 863 Program of the country, with the following three as the core: "model project of information oriented construction for SMEs," "agricultural information oriented model project", and software profession incubator". ww ◆ It has cultivated a group of business staff in the fields of software development, information network, enterprise planning, scientific and technological evaluation, and advanced manufacturing technologies. ww ◆ And the center has performed as a bridge connecting science and technology and economic construction. Entrusted by the provincial government, the center has held scientific and technological trade fairs, with 3.1 billion yuan worth business transaction, and over 100,000 participants from enterprises, universities, research institutions, and the financial sector in and out of the province.
