 222建筑材料行业生产力促进中心是经科学技术部批准的依托中国建筑材料科学研究院组建的技术服务机构.中心在科技部和国家建材局的指导下,以建材行业科技成果为依托,以促进科技成果转化,推动技术进步与科技力量为建材企业提供综合性服务.中心下设四个部门. 222◆咨询与工程部:提供管理、技术、产品、市场开发策略与成果咨询:承接工程可行性研究. 222◆成果推广部:代理成果推广及进出口业务;协助企业开拓市场及实施产品质量审查认定. 222◆高新技术展示部:常年展示国内外最新成果;组织国内外技术交流与合作. 222◆信息工程与出版部:设有文献、产品、专家数据库、声像资料库、计算机网络;发布成果、专利及市场动态;专利代理;编辑出版技术资料.  222◆"中心"自成立以来,为广大中外企业提供企业诊断近百次、技术咨询12570次、为政府提供决策咨询服务27次. 222◆建立了"建材高新技术及产品展示中心"并向全国开放,已有国内28家企业在中心参展,先后接待了来自十几个国家和地区的代表近4000人次参观洽谈. 222◆在全国多个省市以及西部地区举办了20余次新型建筑材料、高新技术产品项目发布、展示、洽谈会,以及提高建材企业生产技术培训班,培训各类技术人员6000多人次. 222◆中心建设了"中国建材工业技术服务网",为广大中小企业提供远程咨询诊断服务. 222◆为向广大中小企业推广行业的先进技术成果,中心编辑出版了技术资料计30余册,200多万字. 222◆针对20多家建材企业落后的装备和技术进行技术改造、技术提升,提高了企业的产品档次与市场竞争力,为"中心"创造了较为可观的经济效益和社会效益.  地址：北京市朝阳区管庄东里1号 邮编：100024 电话：（010）65750569 传真：（010）65750569 电子邮件：pcbmi@263.net 网址：http://www.pcbmi.com |

  22 Consultation and engineering dept. It provides consultation service on management, technology, products, and marketing strategy and results consultation. It also undertakes feasibility studies of engineering projects. Technological results promotion dept. It provides intermediate services of technological result promotion, and imports and exports businesses. It also assists enterprises to explore markets and implement product quality inspection authentication. Hi-tech exhibition dept. It gives permanent exhibitions of latest achievements home and abroad. It also organizes technological communications and cooperation inside and out of the country. Information engineering and publication dept. It has document, product, and expert databases, audio-visual databases and computer networks. It publishes information on technological results, patents, and market situation. And it provides intermediate services for patent application, and edits and publishes technological documents.
 22◆ Since its establishment, the center has provided enterprises home and abroad services of nearly 100 enterprise diagnoses, 12,570 technological consultation, and 27 decision-making information services to the government. ◆ It sets up the "Building Materials Hi-Tech and Product Exhibition Center", which is now open nationwide. So far, 28 enterprises in the country have made demonstrations in the center, receiving more than 4,000 people from a dozen of countries and regions in the world. ◆ It has sponsored over 20 new building materials and hi-tech products press conferences, exhibitions, and trade fairs in many provinces and municipalities in the country, including the West China Area. It has also sponsored training courses to promote production technologies of building materials enterprises, benefiting over 6,000 technical personnel. ◆ The center has constructed the China Building Materials Industrial Technological Service Network, providing remote-distance advisory diagnosis services to SMEs. ◆ It has edited and published over 30 volumes of technological documents totaling two million Chinese characters to introduce advanced industrial technological results to SMEs. ◆ It organizes technological transformation and upgrading of backward equipment and technologies in over 20 building materials enterprises, which promotes product qualities and market competitive edges of enterprises, and creates remarkable economic and social benefits for the center.
