	22 iangsu Provincial Productivity Promotion Center of Machinery Industry was established in 1998 through restructuring Jiangsu Provincial Machinery Research & Designing Institute. So far, it has over 100 practical professional technicians with rich experiences. It has seven subordinate departments that are responsible for information and training, quality and standardization, hydraulic pressure, gear wheel, electromechanical integration, material engineering, and environmental protection engineering, respectively. It has set up three quality inspection stations, including Jiangsu Provincial Hydraulic Pressure Appliance/Gear Wheel Products Quality Inspection Stations (provincial level) and Jiangsu Provincial Fastening Piece Quality Inspection Station (industrial station). It compiles and publishes the magazine of Machinery Design and Manufacturing Engineering. So far, it has reached excellent social and economic benefits. Since its establishment, the center has won six provincial prizes and two new type patents. In recent years, it completes feasibility argumentationfor projects with a total annual investment of approximately one billion yuan. And each year, it completes over 200 new projects in the field of technological development, technological consultation, technological services and quality inspection, in addition to nearly 20 items of ISO9000 consultation.
