 www 江苏省生产力促进中心成立于1992年12月，系江苏省科技厅直属的，为中小企业尤其是为科技型中小企业服务的非营利社会化科技服务机构,是原国家科委在全国建立的第一批生产力促进中心。 1997年，被原国家科委授予“先进集体”和“国家级示范生产力促进中心”称号。 经过九年的发展，中心现拥有职工150人，其中科技人员占职工总数的77％以上，高级职称和中级职称人员占科技人员的62％以上。总资产3920.4万元，工作用房6836平方米。2000年，中心通过了“ISO9002”质量体系国际认证,成为我国第一家通过国际认证的省级生产力促进中心。  www 2000～2001年主要业绩 www 管理顾问服务 www 为政府、企业、非营利机构提供近1500项管理顾问服务，领域涉及诊断咨询、形象策划、人员培训、认证咨询及质量认证等诸多方面。 全年的管理咨询收入650余万元； 举办各类培训班280个，培训人数近30000人次，培训班收入100余万元。 www 共性技术服务 围绕信息化、工业设计、分析测试、水处理等共性技术领域，提供技术开发45项，技术推广428项，技术咨询500项，产品检测543项，服务收入达1030余万元。 www 资源共享服务 构建“企业博士”网站，为企业提供信息3万多条； 整合了120余台价值近亿元的大型科学仪器机组组成协作网，对外承接分析测试样品10万个，优惠收费300万元；建立了维修服务网，对外维修、调剂、改造升级仪器100余台，激活仪器资源2000万元，初步构建了较完整的创新条件服务体系。 www 技术创新服务 协助政府受理近6000项高新技术企业、高新技术产品、新产品、星火、火炬等科技计划的申报与咨询评估工作，以提高企业的创新能力。 www 国际交流合作 发挥科技中介机构优势，多次组织国内外交流活动，帮助培育科技型企业113个，导入技术126项。
  www Brief Introduction Established in December 1992, Jiangsu Provincial Productivity Promotion Center is a socialized scientific and technological service institution directly subordinated to Jiangsu Provincial Department of Science and Technology, which does not take profits as the orientation. As one of the first group of PPCs set up in the country by the former State Science and Technology Commission (SSTC), it aims to serve SMEs, particularly scientific and technological oriented SMEs, in the province. In 1997, SSTC awarded it honorary titles of "advanced collective" and "State-level Model PPC". After nine years of expansion, the center now has 150 staff members, in which 77% are professional technicians, including 62% with senior or medium-grade technical titles. It has 39.204 million yuan total assets and 6,836 m2 of office buildings. In 2000, it passed the ISO9002 international quality system authentication, the first of the provincial PPCs in the country.  wwwManagement advisory service wwwTo date, it has provided governmental organs, enterprises and non-profit-oriented institutions nearly 1,500 items of management advisory services, covering the fields of diagnosis and consultation, image planning, personnel training, authentication consultation, and quality authentication. It realized an annual income of 6.5 million yuan from management advisory service. Besides, it sponsored 280 various training courses, benefiting nearly 30,000 persons, with an income of over one million yuan. wwwGeneral technology service wwwFocusing on the general technology sector of informatization, industrial design, analysis testing, and water treatment, the center provided 45 technological development projects, 428 technological promotion projects, 500 technological consultation projects, and 543 product inspection projects, with a total business income of 10.3 million yuan. wwwResource sharing service wwwIt set up the "enterprise Ph.D" network, providing enterprises over 30,000 pieces of information. It integrated 120 sets of large-scaled scientific instruments worth nearly 100 million yuan to build up a collaboration network. It drew from the society 100,000 samples for analysis and inspection at favored charges, worth three million yuan. It established a maintenance service network, repairing, adjusting and upgrading over 100 sets of instruments from the society, which invigorated instrument resources worth 20 million yuan. So far, it has set up a comparatively complete set of innovation service system. wwwTechnological innovation service wwwThe center assisted governmental organs to receive nearly 6,000 application and consultation evaluation projects related to hi-tech enterprises, hi-tech products, new products, and Sparkle and Torch Programs, in a bid to promote innovation capacity of enterprises. wwwInternational communications service wwwThe center fully demonstrates its advantages as a technological intermediate service institute and organizes multiple communication activities at home and abroad. So far, it has helped to cultivate 113 technological oriented enterprises and introduced 126 technologies. |
