 www 河南省开封市生产力促进中心始建于1994年4月，1998年获全国生产力促进中心先进单位，1999年底被科技部认定为国家级示范中心。 河南省开封市生产力促进中心下设办公室、项目处、企业服务处、CAD推广中心，技术贸易推广中心等部门，以服务于中小企业为宗旨，为其提供信息咨询，企业诊断、品牌策划、资产评估、项目申报、人才培训、CAD技术推广、技术贸易等方面的全程性、系列性、综合性服务。 河南省开封市生产力促进中心以科研单位、高等院校为依托，紧密联系企业需求，相继建立了“技术信息库”、“专家人才库”、“企业需求库”，为企业提供快捷、高效、准确、可靠的信息服务。
  wwwKaifeng Municipal Productivity Promotion Center was set up in April 1994. In 1998, it was awarded as an advanced PPC in the country. And at the end of 1999, the MOST appraised it as a state-level model PPC. The center has subordinated departments of general office, project dept., enterprise service dept., CAD promotion center, and technological trade promotion center. It bears the tenet of providing complete, serial and comprehensive serves to SMEs in the fields of information advisory, enterprise affairs consultation, brand name planning, property assessment, project application, personnel training, CAD technology promotion, and technological trade. The center wins full support from scientific and technological research institutes and universities, and gives priority to the practical demands of enterprises. It has successively established "technological information database", "experts and talents database", and "enterprise demand database", to provide enterprises with fast, efficient, accurate and reliable information services. Business Scope: 1. Offering advisory services on governmental policies, laws and regulations; 2Guiding project applications, and organizing project examination; 3. Assisting formulation and registration of technological agreements; 4. Evaluating tangible assets and intangible assets; 5.
