Constructing the scientific and technological information network that connects 10 county-level science and technology bureau in the city, realizing network service of scientific and technological information. Succeeded in organizing performance of Science and Technology Hall in two sessions of business trade fair of Hebei Province, which received 110,000 visitors and 30,000 consultations, signed up 21 contracts and reached 281 items of intentional cooperation.
