 222三明市生产力促进中心是在1998年8月在三明市作为全国技术创新区域试点城市后经市政府批准成立的社会化科技服务机构，由三明市科技情报研究所、市科教中心、市专利事务所、市经济技术开发中心、市节能技术服务中心、市兰德科学器材公司及市科发电脑网络有限公司等成员单位组成。现中心下设有信息技术部、咨询部、技术市场部、新技术推广部、培训部、翻译部、知识产权部、信息工程部等八个业务部门。中心现有职工65人，其中56人是大中专毕业生，16人拥有中级以上专业技术职称，35岁以下的年轻人占70%。中心拥有现代化的多媒体综合教室、DDN专线上网的网控中心、高配置电脑教学培训机房、电子阅览室、以及办公自动化设备等基础设施。中心还拥有独立网站“三明科技信息网（SMINFO）”，开通了“中文科技期刊”、“中国专利”、“国家标准”等专业数据库，并与“中国生产力促进中心协作网”、“万方数据”、“海峡信息”、上海技术交易所、中国技术联播等信息网络和机构建立了广泛的联系。  222作为三明市社会化科技服务机构，中心充分利用现代化手段，发挥信息网络资源优势，联合社会力量，不断增强自身实力，完善服务功能，提高服务水平和质量，努力促进本市中小企业的技术创新工作，推动本市的科技进步和经济发展。在电子化信息服务、信息技术推广应用、节能降耗技术推广应用、人才培训、科技成果转化、科技管理咨询、技术市场中介服务等方面取得一定成效。同时，在组成跨部门、跨所有制、全方位的技术创新中介服务支撑体系的运行模式架构，社会资源整合以及中心运作机制等方面进行了有益的探索。2000年3月，本中心被省科技厅认定为“福建省重点生产力促进中心”；今年1月，本中心又被科技部认定为“国家级示范生产力促进中心”。  地址：福建省三明市梅列区杜鹃新村18幢 邮编：365000 电话：0598-8242957，8244639，8233595 传真：0598-8242957 电子邮件：sminfo@public.smptt.fj.cn 网址：http://www.sm.si.net.cn |

 22 Established in August 1998 under the approval of the municipal government, Sanming Municipal Productivity Promotion Center is a socialized scientific and technological service institution, when the city became a pilot city of national technological innovation. The center is composed of a number of membership units, including Sanming Municipal Scientific and Technological Information Research Institution, Sanming Municipal Scientific & Technological Education Center, Sanming Patent Agency, Sanming Municipal Economic and Technological Development Center, Sanming Municipal Energy-Saving Technological Service Center, Sanming Land Scientific Equipment Company, and Sanming Cofar Computer Network Co. Ltd. The Center now has eight operational departments, including the information technology dept., advisory service dept., technological market dept., new technology promotion dept., personnel training dept., translation dept., intellectual property rights dept., and information engineering dept.. It has 65 staff members, in which 56 have received college education or above, 16 have medium-ranking or senior technical titles, and 70% are under 35 years old. 22 The center possesses a modernized multi-media classroom for comprehensive purposes, DDN special lined network control center, educational training classroom with computers of high standard configuration, E-journal reading room, and office automation equipment. The center also has an independent web station known as" MINFO" opens up professional databases of "Chinese Scientific and Technological Periodical" "Chinese Patent", and "National Standards" And it has set up close relations with information networks and institutions, including PPNET,Wangfang Database","Strait Information", Shanghai Technological Exchange", and "China Technology Simulcast". 22 As a socialized scientific and technological service institution in the city, the center fully applies modernized measures to demonstrate the advantages of information network resources. It unites social powers to keep intensifying its own strength, improve service performances, promote service standards and qualities, and strive to accelerate technological innovation of SMEs, and speed up technological progress and economic development of the city. 22 To date, it has made considerable achievements in the fields of electronic information service, promotion and application of information technology, promotion and application of energy-saving and consumption reduction technology, personnel training, scientific and technological achievements transformation, scientific and technological management consultation, and technological marketing intermediate service. In the meantime, the center makes explorations on the operation modes of the technological innovation intermediate service supporting system that features cross departments, cross ownership, and diversified. It also makes tentative trials on the integration of social resources and operational mechanism of the center. In March 2000, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology listed it as a key PPC of Fujian. And in January 2001, MOST awarded it as a State-level Model PPC.
