 www 东营生产力促进中心成立于1995年，内设科室5个，现有员工39人，其中大专以上学历31人，固定资产500余万元。2000年1月被科技部认定为国家级示范生产力促进中心。其主要职责是：从事高新技术项目的筛选、引进、推介工作，负责科技合作协议事项的贯彻实施；负责全市1000万元以上新上工业项目的咨询论证，并指导县区、市直行业部门组织好1000万元以下工业项目的论证工作；协助有关部门做好全市急需的高层次人才的遴选、引进、推荐及相关政策的调研工作；负责全市农业信息网和科技信息网的管理工作；负责人才培训和县区生产力工作站的日常管理工作等。  www“中心”坚持背靠政府，面向企业，以产学研结合为重点，大力推进企业技术创新，各项工作展现出广阔的前景。在产学研结合方面，实施了“四个一”工程，与15家高校建立了全面合作关系，先后举办较大规模的科技成果推介活动20多次，筛选储备高新技术项目600余项。全市65%的限额以上工业企业与科研院所建立了科技合作关系，联建科研机构44家，转化科研成果58项。在咨询服务方面，论证工程项目20余项，完成国家、省、市科研项目44个，为领导和企业决策提供了可靠依据，降低了投资风险，提高了投资效益。在信息网络方面，建设了全市科技信息网，并在全省率先筹建了农业科技服务体系；创办了《东营生产力》、《中小企业信息》刊物；检索科技项目500余项。在星火培训和自身建设方面，以技能培训和素质培训为重点，成功举办了“首期全省工业设计培训班”等多次全省性培训班，收到较好效果；成立了东营生产力促进中心县区工作站，增强了整体服务优势。
  wwwEstablished in 1995, Dongying Productivity Promotion Center has five operational units, 39 staff members, including 31 with college education or above, and five million yuan fixed assets. In January 2000, MOST listed it as a State-level Model PPC. The center bears main duties as follows: engaged in selecting, introducing and promoting hi-tech projects; responsible for implementing scientific and technological cooperation; responsible for advising and authenticating new industrial projects with an investment of over 10 million yuan, and assisting related governmental organs to select, introduce and recommend high-level talents in eager demands in the city, and making investigations on related policies. It is also responsible for managing rural information and scientific and technological information networks in the city, and the daily management of personnel training and PPCs at the county and district levels.  www The center adheres to the principles of winning full support from the government, taking enterprises as the orientation, giving top priority to uniting producers, colleges and research institutions, and vigorously promoting enterprise technological innovation. Now, it has bright prospects in all fields of work. In the aspect of uniting producers, colleges and research institutions, it has implemented the "Four One" Project, established overall cooperation relations with 15 colleges and universities; sponsored more than 20 large-scaled technological results introduction fairs, and selected and reserved over 600 hi-tech projects. So far, over 65% of enterprises in the city have built up co-operational relations with universities and research institutions. And it worked with other institutions to set up 44 scientific research units, and transformed 58 technological results. In terms of advisory services, it has authenticated over 20 engineering projects, finished 44 scientific and technological projects at the state, provincial and municipal levels. With these efforts, it provides leaders and enterprises with reliable information for making decisions, reducing investment ventures, and raising investment efficiency. www In terms of information network, the center has constructed the scientific and technological information network of the city, and took the lead in the province to establish the agricultural science and technology service network. It publishes the periodicals of "Dongying Productivity" and "Information of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises", and retrieves more than 500 scientific and technological projects. In terms of Sparkle Program training and self-construction, the center pays high attention to technique and personal quality training. It has succeeded in holding a number of provincial-level training courses, including the first session of Provincial Industrial Designing Training Course, with good results. And it has set up workstations at county and district levels, intensifying overall service advantages.
