 www 山东曲阜生产力促进中心是由曲阜市科委与曲阜师范大学科研处联合创建的差额事业单位，98年经省科委批准成立，2001年被科技部认定为国家级示范生产力促进中心。现有事业编制24人，下属企业职工120人。 “中心”下设办公室、信息部、培训部、合作部、开发部、企管部等职能部室；有“中国专利信息中心曲阜工作站”、“山东省专利事务所曲阜代办处”、“山东省专利评估事务所曲阜代办处”、“省级星火人才培训基地”、“曲阜市企业科技创新促进会”等服务机构；下设7个全资、控股或参股公司。  www“中心”2000～2001年主要工作业绩 （一）大力开展科技招商，引资1.2亿元创建中国曲阜科技城，成立曲阜科技园区开发有限公司及清华科技园曲阜技术创新中心； （二）开展咨询服务，组织各类专家为43个企业进行45次咨询； （三）开展技术服务，组织专家和技术人员为43个企业进行53次服务； （四）开展信息服务，共采集各类信息2100条，为企业提供信息760条； （五）开展人才和技术中介，为11个企业进行16次中介服务； （六）开展培训服务，举办各类培训班24次； （七）培育科技型企业，孵化培育10个科技型企业； （八）国际交流与合作，分两批派遣23名农村青年赴日研修，并与30个科研机构和15名专家建立了紧密协作关系； （九）承办了两届中国专利高新技术产品博览会和一届全国旅游热线推介暨旅游产品博览会。通过博览会，曲阜及周边地区的企业共签定引进技术项目合同526项。
  wwwShandong Qufu Productivity Promotion Center is founded in 1998 approved by Provincial Department of Science and Technology, it's a government-sponsored institution jointly established by Qufu Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology and Scientific Research Department of Qufu Normal University. In 2001, the MOST listed it as a State-level Model PPC. It now has 24 staff members and 120 staff workers in subordinate enterprises. wwwThe center has the operational departments of general office, information dept., training dept., cooperation dept., development dept. and enterprise management dept.. It has the service institutions of Qufu station under China Patent Information Center, Qufu Representative Office of Shandong Provincial Patent Office, Qufu Representative Office of Shandong provincial Patent Evaluation Office, Provincial level Sparkle Project Personnel Training Base, and Qufu Municipal Enterprise Technological Innovation Promotion Association. Besides, it has seven exclusively owned, stock holding or joint venture companies.  wwwMain Achievements during 2000-2001 www1. Vigorously launching scientific and technological business invitation. It has introduced 120 million yuan to establish the China Qufu Science and Technology City, and established Qufu Science and Technology Zone Development Co. Ltd. and Qufu Technological Innovation Center in Qinghua Science and Technology Town. www2. Carrying out advisory services. It has organized experts in various fields to provide 45 sessions of advisory services to 43 enterprises in the city. www3. Opening up technological services. It has organized experts and technicians to offer 53 sessions of services to 43 enterprises in the city. www4. Implementing information services. It has so far collected 2,100 pieces of information in various fields, including 760 pieces of information provided to enterprises. www5. Initiating personnel and technological intermediate services. It has arranged 16 intermediate services to 11 enterprises in the city. www6. Developing training program services. It has held 24 training courses up to the present. www7. Cultivating science and technology oriented enterprises. So far, it has incubated and cultivated over 10 science and technology oriented enterprises. www8. Fulfilling international communications and cooperation. It has sent in two groups 23 young fellows from the rural area to make researches and receive further education in Japan, and has set up close cooperation relations with over 30 research institutions and 15 experts from abroad. www9. Undertaking to sponsor two sessions of China Patent Hi-Tech Products Exhibitions and one session of China Most Favored Travel Routes Introduction and Tourism Products Exhibition. Thanks to the exhibition, enterprises in Qufu City and areas around it signed up 526 contracts for technological introduction projects.
