 www山东生产力促进中心成立于1992年，1997年被科技部认定为国家级示范生产力促进中心，荣获过“全国生产力工作先进单位”荣誉称号。中心现有在编职工60人(其中高、中、低职称比例为2∶5∶3)，内设信息部、网络工程部、 培训部、技术部、国际合作部等七个部室，固定资产约1000万元。具有信息服务、人才培训、技术咨询诊断、质量管理咨询和对外科技交流五大服务功能，其中信息服务业务被科技部列为全国生产力促进中心重点业务建设项目，为促进企业科技进步起到了积极作用。  www九年来，建成了较为完善的信息工作体系，完成了国家“863”计划项目“智能化农业信息示范区”。年发布信息600多万条，为企业提供信息检索咨询200余项。为企业举办管理、法律、外语、计算机等长、短期培训班，培训各类专业人才3万多名。为企业引进新技术新产品100多项，推广CAD、CAM等共性技术80多项，为30多个企业开展了ISO9000质量认证咨询，促成企业与科研院校的技术项目交易额上亿元。与意大利、日本、韩国、美国、香港等国家和地区建立长期友好合作关系，举办研讨会、组织考察，多次促成中外双方企业的互相交流，为企业引进外资3000多万元。年为企业增加销售收入10多亿元，得到了国家科技部和社会各界的认可。
  ww Shandong Productivity Promotion Center (SPPC) was established in 1992, and was awarded by the MOST as a State-level Model PPC, with an honorary title of "national advanced work unit in productivity promotion sector". It now has 60 staff members, with 20% possessing senior title of professional post, 50% medium-grade professional title, and 30% elementary-grade professional title. It has seven subordinate units, including Information Dept., Network Engineering Dept., Training Dept., Technological Dept., and International Cooperation Dept.. The center has fixed assets of 10 million yuan. It mainly provides services in the fields of information service, personnel training, technological consultation and diagnosis, quality management consultation, and technological communications with foreign counterparts. Of this, the business of information service has been listed by the MOST as a key construction item in the productivity promotion sector in the country, making positive contribution to the technological progress of enterprises in the province.  ww In the past nine years, the center has primarily set up a complete set of information working system, and so far has completed the project of "intelligentized agricultural information model zone", a component of the national 863 program. It annually publishes over six million pieces of information, and offers enterprises with over 200 category services of information searches and consultation. In addition, it has sponsored variouslong and short-term training courses for enterprises in the fields of management, laws, foreign languages and computer application, with over 30,000 participants. It has introduced over 100 new technologies and new products for enterprises, popularized over 80 general technologies like CAD and CAM, conducted ISO9000 quality authentication consultation services to more than 30 enterprises, and promoted technological cooperation between enterprises and technological institutions and universities to reach over 100 million yuan transaction volume. To date, it has established long term friendly cooperative relations with Italy, Japan, ROK, the United States, and Hong Kong. It sponsors symposiums, organizes inspection tours, and incites communications between Chinese and foreign enterprises, introducing over 30 million yuan foreign investmentl Each year, the center helps enterprises in the province create an additional one billion yuan sales value, widely appraised by the MOST and all circles of life. |
