Philosophy: innovation, devotion, reliance and cooperation www Hardware resources: The center has complete infrastructure, over 40 staff members, 4,000m2 floor space of office buildings, technological enterprise incubation base and commercial centers, with more than ten enterprises settling down in the sectors of finance, laws, and intermediate services. It also has the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Information Network, Shaanxi Productivity Promotion Network, and shaanxi large precision apparatus and equipment cooperation and Sharing network, all applying the data optical fiber transmission technology, Shanxi Large Precise Apparatus and Equipment Coc Sharing Network conference  ww In 2001. the center realized rapid expansion of its business, which is presented in the following aspects: Advisory service: The center has proviz thousands people from several hundred ent, established long-term cooperative relations w worked as a permanent advisor for one ente than ten enterprises in the aspect ot prepanng aha applying IOr industrial creation funds specifically allocated by the government to small and medium-sized technological enterprises. ww Training service: It is estimated that the center held over 40 training courses and lectures of various nature, benefiting more than 5,000 people in 2001. ww Contract authentication: The center has so for authenticated over 200 technological contracts for 73 techno!o~ institutions and colleges and universities, with a combined value of over 30 million yuan. ww International communication: It has organized over 100 people in six teams for overseas visit and training programs,and has received three foreign delegations. ww Technological result transformation:It has collected over 500 technological achievements for introduction in hong kong and the areas in and out of the province,organized technological result auctions with two projects transacted,participated in nearly ten technological,and economic and trade fairs in and out of the province,and sponsored large-scale professional exhibitions. ww Information service:It has completed the upgrade transformation project of expanding the capacity and accelerating the speed of network DDN and runk optical fiber connect-in program,the construction of technological property rights transaction network and the development of system software,established databases of technological achievements,projects,enterprises and talents,and released over 20,000 items of information. ww Technological prlomotion:It is engaged in ERP model promotion,sends nearly ten enterprises gift software,and implements concrete demonstrations. Cooperation of mutual resources application: To date,the center has developed 53 key net work member units sharing large-scaled apparatuses,which directly benefits over 500 enterprises. ww Industrial design:The center has sponsored popularization training and professional technological promotion training courses,featuring actual case demonstrations,which promotes the edvelopment of product and CI-oriented industrial designing. ww Advisor of the government:The center has participated in establishing the Tenth Five Year Plan for the development of non-state owed scientific and technological enterprises in the province, the Tenth Five Year Plan for improving scientific and technological environments in the province,and the subjects of non-state owed scientific and technological enterprises investigation,and environmental protection and economic development. So far, the center has established long-term cooperative relations with more than ten institutions in Hong Kong,Shanghai and other cities in the province.And it is expectiong more cooperation with scientific and technological institutions,colleges and universities.and enterprises home and abroad.
