 www 沈阳市生产力促进中心成立于 1998年，现有营业办公场地1438平方米，资产1300万元，员工35人，下设信息工程部、项目咨询部、质量认证部、中小企业部、国际合作部、办公室6个部门。主要从事企业信息化咨询服务、ISO9000质量体系认证咨询服务、中小企业创新基金咨询服务等。2000年被科技部认定为国家级示范生产力促进中心。  www 为 980 家企业开展咨询服务，培训人才近 5万人次；提供各类信息6500条；中介国内外项目160项;为中小企业申报创新基金项目提供咨询服务356项，开展 ISO9000国际质量认证咨询服务87家，争取国家创新基金批准立项70项，承担国家重点工程项目2项；开展国际合作项目2项。
  www Established in 1998, Shenyang Municipal Productivity Promotion Center has an office building with a floor space of 1,438 m2, fixed assets of 13 million yuan, and 35 staff members. It has six subordinate units, including Information Engineering Dept., Project Consultation Dept., Quality Authentication Dept., SMEs Service Dept., International Cooperation Dept., and General Office. It is mainly engaged in the business of enterprise informatization consultation service, consultation service on ISO9000 quality system authentication, and consultation service on small and medium-sized enterprise business establishment funds. In 2000, the center was appraised by the MOST as a State-Level Model PPC.  www The center has provided services to more than 900 enterprises in the province, trained nearly 50,000 people, provided 6,500 items of various information, introduced 160 projects home and abroad, offered 356 items of advisory services to SMEs for business establishment fund application, granted 87 enterprises with advisory services on ISO9000 international quality authentication, helped to have 70 projects winning national innovation funds, undertaken two state-level key projects, and launched two international cooperation projects.
