 222深圳市生产力促进中心（小企业服务中心）是深圳市人民政府经济贸易局的下属事业单位，是为企业尤其是广大中小企业提供多元化、综合性服务与技术支持的专业服务机构。 多年来先后被国家有关部门确定为“国家级示范生产力促进中心”、“国家级快速原型技术应用推广及服务中心”，并获得“国家级质量认证咨询机构备案资格证书”。 222中心自一九九四年成立以来，先后在咨询认证、产品设计、设计创新与推广、管理与专业培训、信息服务、技术支援，以及协调与交流等方面为深圳市上千家企业，特别是中小型企业提供了服务，为本市技术创新和企业整体生产力水平的提高作出了不懈地努力！  22 作为政府和企业之间的“桥梁”和“纽带”，本中心具有七大服务职能: 22 技术创新服务：中心下设深圳市中小企业CAD咨询服务中心，开放式工业设计及快速成型实验室和平面设计事业部，拥有大批专业人士，为企业提供一系列开放式共性技术实验和各种实用先进技术与产品的推广示范服务。 22 咨询服务：为中小企业提供项目评估、投融资顾问、产品设计开发、工艺方案、质量管理、成果转让、技术改造、科技创新、市场拓展等各方面的全过程咨询，并协助有关机构予以支援。 22 信息服务：以“深圳市中小企业信息服务网”、“深圳市技术创新网”及中小企业电话服务热线为平台， 为中小企业提供各种信息咨询、商务指南及相关的网络增值服务，同时为企业提供包括软件开发、IT产品创新设计、解决方案评价等在内的各种最新的信息技术支援服务。 22 市场服务： 旨在帮助中小企业拓展国外市场，了解掌握国际商贸之规律，组织企业参加国内外产品的展览展示、项目推介、成果转让和专业考察调研活动。 22 人才服务： 中心下设深圳市生产力促进培训中心，为中小企业提供工商管理、信息技术、质量管理及各类中长期培训和短期适应性培训，同时开展人才评鉴、推介，人事代理，人才共用和虚拟办公环境建设等服务；协助办理出国出境考察。 22 法律服务： 联合社会上的优秀法律机构，为企业提供法律援助，为中小企业的健康成长保驾护航。 22 金融服务： 协调全市信用单位、担保机构和各商业金融机构，为企业提供融资信贷，解决中小企业的资金需求，协助有条件的企业进入国际融资市场 |

  22 Shenzhen Productivity Promotion Center is a government-sponsored institution subordinated to Shenzhen Municipal Economic and Trade Bureau. It is a professional service agency providing diversified and comprehensive services and technological support to enterprises, particularly SMEs in the city. For many years, it has been listed as a State-level Model PPC and a State-level Rapid Prototype Technology Application, Promotion and Service Center. It has also won the certificate of 22 Advisory Agency of State-level Quality Authentication. Since its establishment in 1994, the center has provided services to over 1,000 enterprises, particularly SMEs, in the fields of consultation and authentication, product design, design creation and promotion, management and professional training, information service, technological support, and collaboration
22 and communication. It has been exerting all efforts for technological innovation and overall improvement of enterprise productivity in the city. As a bridge connecting the government and enterprises in the city. the center has seven functions as follows: 22 Technological innovation service: The center has the subordinate units of Shenzhen SME CAD Advisory Service Center, Open Industrial Designing and Rapid Molding Lab, and Platform Designing Business Department. It has a large number of professionals providing enterprises with series of services of open general technology experiments, and promotion and model services of various practical and advanced technologies and products. 22 Advisory service: The center offers SMEs with whole range advisory services, including project evaluation, investment and financing consultation, product designing and development, processing plan, quality management, results transfer, technological transformation, technological innovation, and market exploration. And it assists corresponding agencies for further support. 22 Information service: The center relies on the platforms of Shenzhen SME Information Service Network, Shenzhen Technological Innovation Network, and SME telephone service hot lines to offer SMEs various information consultation, business guides, and related network value added services. In the meantime, it provides SMEs latest information technology support services, including software development, IT product innovation designs, and solutions evaluation. 22 Market service: It aims to assist SMEs in the city to explore home and international markets, familiarize and master international trade rules, and organize enterprises to participate in activities of product exhibitions, project introduction, technological results transfer, and professional inspection tours home and abroad. 22 Personnel service: The center has the subordinate unit of Shenzhen PPC Training Center, which provides SMEs various medium and long term training courses and short term adaptive training courses on industrial and commercial management, information technology, and quality management. In the meantime, it offers services in the fields of personnel evaluation and introduction, personnel affairs intermediate service, sharing personnel resources, construction of virtual office environments, and assisting to handle affairs for overseas inspection tours. 22 Legal service: It works with most excellent legal institutions in the society to supply enterprises with legal aid, safeguarding the healthy development of SMEs in a favorable environment. Financial service: It collaborates with all credit unions, voucher institutions, and commercial and financial institutions in the city to provide financing and credit services to enterprises, help alleviate panics of SMEs of fund shortages, and promote favorable positioned enterprises into international financing markets. 22
