 222天津市食品工业生产力促进中心是政府支持，专业从事食品工业生产力促进，致力于提高天津市中、小型食品企业技术创新能力的机构。背靠政府，依托科技，服务企业是“中心”的服务宗旨。推动天津市中、小型食品企业科技进步，提高产品竞争能力，增大企业经济效益是“中心”的工作目标。“中心”以天津市食品研究所为依托，下设技术开发部、信息咨询部、工程及质量保证部、对外合作部、综合办公室五个部门，人员编制18名。在技术服务方面，“中心”将联合大专院校，科研单位等社会科技力量，按照“现有科技成果转化一批、研究开发一批、超前储备一批”的产品发展思路，通过帮助开发新产品及提供综合服务，提升、改造一批困难企业。以产品为龙头，组建一批具有新机制的企业集团，发展天津的名牌拳头产品，培植天津新的经济增长点，巩固与发展天津食品的优势地位。  中心成立以来致力于提高天津市中、小型食品企业的技术创新能力，推动中、小型食品企业的科技进步，通过技术服务、技术咨询、企业诊断等方式，三年来先后为企业诊断9次，企业策划、质量保证7次，协助企业申报计划6次，为政府及大专院校咨询10次，为企业技术咨询18次，培训人才1850人次，引进项目1个，为24家企业技术转让服务，为社会增加就业人数8510人，增加销售额3亿元，增加利税8730万元。  地址：中国天津市南开区卫津南路36号 邮编：300381 电话：（022）2301.5661 2301.5627 传真：（022）2301.5660 电子邮件：tfr@tjlink.tisti.ac.cn 网址：www.tjfood.com.cn |

  22Tianjing Productivity Promotion Center of Food Industry is a professional government-supported institution that is engaged in promoting the productive forces of food industry and accelerating the technological innovation ability of small and medium-sized food enterprises in the city. It bears the tenets of winning support from the government, relying on science and technology and serving the interests of enterprises. Its objectives are designed as assisting SMEs in the city's food industry to promote technological progress, improve the competitive edge of their products, and intensify economic efficiency of the enterprises. With full support from Tianjin Municipal Food Research Institute, the center has five operational units, namely, the technological development dept., information consultation dept., engineering and quality assurance dept.
 22Listed by the MOST as a "Key Provincial Center of National Productivity Promotion Sector", and a "State-level Model PPC". - Establishing Shanxi Provincial Productivity Promotion Association and Shanxi Industrial Designing Association as subordinate bodies of the center. - Building up a network in the province that covers 16 productivity promotion centers at prefecture level and 61 productivity promotion centers at county level. 22The talents and technology introduction project of the center has been listed by the MOST as a national model project. And the operation office of the leading group of cooperation is located in the center.
