 www 渭南生产力促进中心1 994年由原国家科委批准成立，中心按照“面向企业、发展当地经济，为中小企业和乡镇企 业服务”的工作方针，在信息服务、人才培训，企业诊断、企业咨询、新技术、新产品、新工艺的研发、推广等方面 取得了长足进步。累计技术服务总收入实现484万元，服务企业250家．转让技术36项，引进推广项目1 5个。现已 具备四大工作基础：信息服务网络、人才培训基地、科技服务队伍、广泛合作渠道。 中心现有职工37人，其中高级职称6人，中级职称24人．中心总资产1270万元，占地19000平方米。其中办公 用1000平方米，服务培训经营用3000平方米。现有信息服务设备9台套，电脑配置10台套。中心设有咨询诊断服务 部、科技开发部、共性技术服务部、信息研究中心、培训中心。下属企业：渭南科技实验总厂、渭南科技星火实业公 司、渭南电气设备厂。企业资产总计1000万元，共有员工260人，累计实现产值1．4亿元，利润1100万元。  w
  www Weinan Productivity Promotion Center was established in 1994 under the approval of the former Commission. The center sticks to the principles of "taking enterprises as the orientation, developin SMEs and township enterprises". So far, it has made significant progress in the fields of informati( enterprise diagnosis, enterprise consultation, development and promotion of new technologies, ne has realized an accumulative income of 4.84 million yuan from providing technological services, wt transferred 36 technologies, and introduced and promoted 15 projects. Now it has been equipped bases, which are information service network, personnel training base, scientific and technologica cooperative channels. At present, the center has 37 staff members, including 6 with senior title of professional po! professional title. It has gross assets of 12.7 million yuan, with a total floor space of 19,000 m2, operation and 3,000 m2 for business services and training programs. At present, it has nine sets of il and ten sets of personal computers. The center has a number of subordinate units, which are ti service dept., scientific and technological development dept., general technology service dept., inl training center. It also has some affiliated enterprises, including the Weinan Scientific and Tech~ Weinan Science and Technology Spark Property Company, and Weinan Electrical Equipment PI: assets of 10 million yuan, with 260 staff members. They realize a combined output value of 140 million yuan.  ww Reforming traditional industry with new and high technologies ww The center develops,introduces and popularizes new and high technologies into the industrial sectors of boilers,printing equipment,and pulverizing machinery.and this creates an additional industrial output value of 560 million yuan inthe city. ww Providing information and personnel services for enterprise technological innovation ww The center has set up and operated the information and talents service network,which is connected with similar networks in counties and cities under its jurisdiction.The network includes 654 scientific and technological projects,over 12,000 items of technological informationm,and data of 1,600 technical personnel with medium-grade professional titles or senior titles of technical post,So far,it has served over 250 enterprises in the city. ww Promoting advanced practical agricultural technologies ww The center pays high attention to popularize quality breeds of farm produce and greenhouse farming techniques.It helps to expand another 290,000 mu of quality apple plantation bases and 150,000 mu vinyl houses. ww Editing and publishing magazines to expand the influence of the center ww The center has two magazines of Weinan Productivity and Information of Planting Technology,They are released to work units in 254 townships and county governmental organs in the city,as collected by information centers in the
