 222 厦门市生产力促进中心经厦门市政府批准成立于1998年9月，隶属厦门市科委。中心成立以来，背靠政府，面向企业，透过专业服务，为厦门市中小企业、高新技术企业提供了多项科技服务，扶持中小企业技术创新、成果转化，努力架设企业与科技界、企业与政府、企业与市场及企业之间的信息桥梁，促进了厦门市的企业科技水平、管理水平和经济效益的提高。 中心机构设置：六部一室 222 办公室 222 企业促进部(厦门华博投资管理咨询有限公司) 222 软件产业促进部（厦门软件产业投资发展有限公司） 222 企业投资策划部（福建省运筹投资理财有限公司） 222 知识产权部（厦门市专利管理局） 222 技术市场部 信息咨询部（厦门市情报所）。 222 拟建厦门技术产权交易分中心、厦门市高新技术与软件企业服务中心 本中心投资企业 222 厦门高新技术风险投资有限公司 222 厦门现代集成制造系统咨询中心（863/CIMS应用技术推广中心） 222 厦门微电子研究中心 222 中心成立后积极组建厦门软件产业建设发展有限公司，大力支持国家软件产业基地厦门软件园的基础设施建设，该园区已于2000年9月正式投入使用，一、二期占地面积4.6万平方米，为入园的几十家软件企业提供了优越而便利的工作条件。作为理事长单位牵头成立厦门软件行业协会，为厦门市软件企业提供工商、税务等全方位的优质咨询服务。依托厦门现代集成制造系统咨询中心开展863/CIMS应用示范工程推广工作，为厦门金龙汽车联合有限公司的CIMS工程做了大量咨询与二次开发等工作。企业促进部、企业投资策划部为企业提供了专业的企业管理咨询、企业ISO认证、企业发展规划、企业营销策划、高新技术项目投融资咨询与评估等中介服务.

  22 Established in September 1998 under approval of Xiamen Municipal Government, Xiamen Municipal Productivity Promotion Center is subordinated to the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology. Since its establishment, the center wins full support from the government, takes the demands of enterprises as the orientation, provides professional scientific and technological services to SMEs and High-tech enterprises in the city, and supports SMEs in technological innovation and result transformation. So far, it has striven to set up information bridges connecting enterprises and the scientific and technological circle, enterprises and the government, enterprises and the market, and among the enterprises, which greatly accelerates the improvement of enterprise scientific and technological standards, management levels and economic efficiency in the city. Structure: 22 The center has six operational departments and one office, which are: 22 the General Office 22 Enterprise Promotion Dept. (Ximen Wise Investment Management Consulting Co. Ltd.) 22 Intellectual Property Rights Dept. (Xiamen Municipal Patent Administration) 22 Technological Market Dept. 22 Information Consultation Dept. (Xiamen Municipal Information Institution). 22 It now plans to build Xiamen Sub-Center of Technological Property Rights Transaction, and Xiamen Municipal High-Tech and Software Enterprise Service Center. 22 The center has made investments in the following enterprises: 22 Xiamen High-Tech Venture Investment Co. Ltd., 22 Xiamen Modern Integrated Manufacturing System Consultation Center (863/CIMS applied technology promotion center), and Xiamen Micro-electronics Research Center. 22 Since its establishment, the center was active to establish Xiamen Software Industrial Construction Development Co. Ltd., and vigorously supported the infrastructure construction of Xiamen Software Garden, a national software industrial base. The latter was put into official operation in September 2000, with a combined area of 46,000 m2 in the first and second phase projects, creating excellent and convenient environments for scores of enterprises in the garden. The center took the lead to establish Xiamen Software Industrial Association, acting as the President of the board. So far, it has provided diversified quality advisory services, particularly industrial, commercial and taxes services, to software enterprises in the city. In addition, the center bases on Xiamen Modern Integrated Manufacturing System Consultation Center to promote 863/CIMS applied model projects, providing in particular numerous advisory and second-round development services for the CIMS project of Xiamen Kinglong Automobile Alliance Co. Ltd. And the Enterprise Promotion Department and Enterprise Investment Planning Department provide enterprises with professional intermediate services in the fields of enterprise management consultation, enterprise ISO authentication, enterprise development planning, enterprise marketing strategy, and financing and investment consultation and evaluation for Hi-tech projects.
