www许昌市生产力促进中心1997年6月经河南省科技厅批复成立，2001年1月被科技部认定为国家级示范生产力促进中心，隶属许昌市科学技术委员会的事业单位。现有职工17人，平均年龄31岁，其中大专及以上学历14人，直接从事技术咨询、服务人员85%，中心设科技开发部、市场经营部、信息咨询部、技术培训部、综合管理部。拥有总资产68万元。
