 222冶金行业生产力促进中心，一九九四年经原国家科委和冶金部批准成立。是面向冶金行业从事科技服务的中介组织。 自94年以来，组建了由“中心”、“分中心”及“推广站”、“推广协作网”三级网络组成的冶金新技术开发推广体系， 它包括7个“专业中心”和19个“分中心”、32个“新技术推广站”、100多个“推广协作网”成员单位。形成了一支1000多人的专业推广队伍。主要任务是面向冶金企业，以市场为导向，以技术为依托，为冶金企、事业单位技术进步进行中介、咨询服务；为政府宏观调控、科学决策提供咨询服务；参与国家下达的科技项目的开发研究；组织冶金新技术、新工艺、新材料、新产品和新装备的推广应用。  222为政府宏观调控、科学决策提供咨询服务，参与编制了冶金行业“九五”、“十五”和2015年远景规划等共14项；为冶金企、事业单位咨询、中介服务100余次；推广先进适用新技术121项，为企业新增效益逾100亿元。其中转炉溅渣护炉技术已在13个企业60多座转炉上推广应用，年效益近两亿元；地下多级机站送风系统已在600多座矿山推广应用5000多台，年效益达5亿元；工业炉窑新技术已在上百座炉子上推广应用，年效益达7亿元；球团烧结新技术在酒钢、安钢、三门等近10家企业推广应用，效果显著，年效益达4亿元；高炉喷煤、高效连铸、热送热装、小型连轧、新型材料、企业计算机管理系统（MIS系统）等新技术的推广应用均取得了很好效果。 积极组织并参与“产学研”活动，培育科技型企业，与有关单位共同建立起一条药芯焊丝生产线。 开展国内外技术交流、交易活动，一方面不定期举办专业新技术培训，及相关法律培训，以培养开发推广骨干，强化推广体系建设；不定期组织并举办国内新技术推广会、交易会；组织优秀新技术、新产品参加国内外展览。几年来，在全冶金行业先后召开了技术推广会、交流交易会、技术培训班、研讨会170余次，向全行业推出新技术上千项； 利用现代网络技术，组建了“冶金行业生产力促进中心”网站，建立冶金科技成果库、国家专利信息库等为企业信息查询、企业诊断、项目咨询论证、可行性分析、研究等服务；并及时发布冶金新技术、新产品和有关科技信息，逐步成为行业重要科技信息窗口，和团结行业科技力量为企业服务的纽带。 左图为: 药芯焊丝生产线 the production line of flux-cored wires  地址：北京东四西大街46号 邮编：100711 电话：（010）65133322-1408 传真：（010）65135864 电子邮件：mippc@sina.com 网址：http://www.mippc.net.cn |

  22 Established in 1994 under the approval of the former State Science and Technology Commission and the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, the Productivity Promotion Center of Metallurgical Industry is an intermediate scientific and technological service institution with the metallurgical industry as the orientation. 22 Since 1994, the center has built up a new metallurgical technology development and promotion system, which consists of three layers of network, namely, the centers, sub-centers, and promotion stations and promotion collaboration networks. To date, it has seven professional centers, 19 sub-centers, 32 new technology promotion stations, and over 100 promotion collaboration networks, with a combined staff of over 1,000 professional personnel. Its primary tasks are designed as taking metallurgical enterprises and the market as the orientation, and winning support from technologies to provide enterprises and institutions in the metallurgical sector with technological intermediate and advisory services; offer advisory services for the government to make macro economic control and reach scientific decisions; participate in technological project development assigned by the government; and organize promotion and application of new technologies, new production procedure, new materials, new products, and new equipment in the metallurgical sector.
 22The center has provided advisory services for the government in making macro economic controls and scientific decisions. And it also participated in drafting 14 governmental development plans, including the Ninth Five Year Plan, Tenth Five Year Plan, and the 2015 Long range Plan. 22The center has offered over 100 advisory and intermediate services for metallurgical enterprises and institutions, promoted 121 advanced and applicable new technologies, creating an additional 10 billion profits for enterprises. Of this, the technique of preventing splitting residues in converters has been popularized in 60 converters in 13 enterprises, creating an annual profit of about 200 million yuan. Over 5,000 sets of the underground multi-station ventilation system have been applied in 600 mines, with annual profits of 500 million yuan. New industrial kiln technologies have been practiced in over 100 kilns, with annual profits of 700 million yuan. The new technology of ball agglomeration has been introduced in nearly ten enterprises in Jiuquan, Anyang and Sanmen Steelworks, with annual profits of 400 million yuan. And other new technologies, including blast furnace spraying coal, high efficient consecutive casting, hot delivery and hot transportation, small-scaled tandem rolling, new materials, enterprise computer management system (MIS system), have been well received in the course of promotion and application.
