 www 营口市生产力促进中心经辽宁省生产力促进中心、市编委批准，于1998年7月成立，为自收自支事业单位。现有人数35人，其中高中级科技人员29人。综合办公楼建筑面积2400平方米，装备28台套，总资产680万元。下设中小企业技术咨询服务部、信息开发部、厂校协作部、产业发展部、企业创新服务部、办公室6个部门。近两年还先后创办了营口市质量管理体系认证中心、营口市专利事务所、营口市食用菌研发生产基地、营口电子大世界等直属企业。  www 一、构筑科技成果转化信息平台 目前我中心已于全国82所院校建立了合作关系，初步建成了专家数据库、高校项目数据库和畅通的信息传输网络。为我市308家企业提供了12000项高新技术成果，519个项目签定了合作协议和意向。 www 二、自主开发推广了两项实用技术 1.食用菌自然发酵法制种技术。现已在我市6镇88家农户近百亩地推广栽培。 2.少熟料矿渣酸盐水泥技术。现已在全国8家水泥厂得到应用。 www 三、开展IS09000、14000认证 目前，我中心已为我市47家企业进行了认证。 www 四、CAD技术推广应用 重点抓了营口市复印机有限公司、营口报警设备总厂、营口流体设备制造集团公司、营口锅炉厂、营口制桶厂等5家企业的CAD推广应用工作。 www 五、中小企业技术咨询、项目申报工作 中心成立以来，共为我市59家中小企业进行了诊断，完成了125个企业整改方案。协助企业申报国家、省、市科技计划项目215项。 www
  www Established in July 1998 under the approval of the Yingkou Municipal Organization Commission, Yingkou Municipal Productivity Promotion Center is an economically independent government-sponsored institution. Now it has 35 staff members, including 29 with senior and medium-graded technological posts. It has a comprehensive office building with a total of 2,400 m2 floor space, 28 sets of equipment and 6.8 million yuan total assets. It has six subordinate units, which are technological advisory service dept. for SMEs, information development dept., plant and university coordination dept., industrial development dept., enterprise innovation service dept., and general office. In the past two years, it has successively established a group of directly administrated enterprises, including Yingkou Municipal Quality Management System Authentication Center, Yingkou Municipal Patent Office, Yingkou Municipal Domestic Fungus Research, Development and Production Base, and Yingkou Electronics Market.  ww I. Building up the information platform for the transformation of scientific and technological results. To date, the center has set up cooperative relations with 82 universities and research institutions nationwide, basically established the expert database, college and university project database, and straightway information transmission network. It has provided 308 enterprises in the city with 12,000 items of Hi-Technological results, with 519 items signing up cooperative contracts or intentional cooperative agreements. ww II. Independently developing and promoting two practical technologies 1. Seed cultivation technology under natural fermentation for domestic fungus. Now, the technology has been practiced in nearly 100 mu farm fields owned by 88 rural households in six townships in the city. 2. Chamotte cinder super cement technology. The technology has been applied in eight cement plants in the country. III. Launching ISO9000 and ISO14000 authentication activities So far, the center has provided authentication services to 47 enterprises in the city. IV. Promotion and application of CAD technology The center pays high attention to promote the application of CAD technology in five enterprises in the city, which are Yingkou Municipal Duplicating Machine Co. Ltd., Yingkou Alarm Device Plant, Yingkou Fluid Equipment Production Group Company, Yingkou Boiler Plant, and Yingkou Barrel Plant. V. Technological Consultation and project application for SMEs Since its establishment, the center has provided diagnosis for 59 SMEs in the city, and accomplished reorganization plans for 125 enterprises in the city. And it has assisted enterprises applying for 215 scientific and technological planned projects at the national, provincial and municipal levels。
