 www岳阳生产力促进中心内设办公室、技术信息科、咨询诊断科、工程开发科等科室，下辖岳阳市科技开发交流中心、岳阳生产力培训中心等单位，现有员工20人，有计算机等技术装备30余台，建成了较完善的服务体系。  www 岳阳生产力促进中心坚持为中小企业服务的宗旨，不断探索和拓展服务领域，几年来为企业、政府及广大农村提供了卓有成效的服务，先后为企业撰写各类可行性报告48篇，咨询诊断76项次，推介新产品110多项次，协助企业科技立项12个，寻求技术依托80多项，发布科技信息12874条，培训人员16490人次，导入新概念大型讲课7项，提供软课题调研报告5项（其中一项获岳阳市科技进步一等奖）；为市政府提供决策咨询报告14篇，在辅助政府决策中发挥了重要作用；1999年承担863计划电脑农业项目；2000年承担岳阳市政府送科技下乡工作，受到广大农民的热烈欢迎及社会各界的广泛好评。
  wwwYueyang Productivity Promotion Center (YPPC) has the subordinate units of general office, technological information section, consultation and diagnosis section, and project development section. It also has affiliated enterprises of Yueyang Municipal Scientific and Technological Development and Communication Center and Yueyang Productivity Training Center. To date, it has 20 staff members and over 30 computers and other equipment, forming a relatively complete set of service system.  wwwYueyang Productivity Promotion Center sticks to the tenet of serving SMEs and continuously explores and expands its service ranges. In the past years, it has provided effective services to enterprises, governmental organs and the vast rural area, including drafting 48 pieces of feasibility reports, making 76 items of consultation and enterprise diagnosis, introducing 110 new products, assisting enterprises to set up 12 scientific and technological projects, making up over 80 technological support, publishing 12,874 pieces of scientific and technological information, training 16,490 personnel, introducing seven large scaled new concept lectures, and delivering five soft subject research reports (with one winning first prize of scientific and technological progress in the city). It also presented 14 consultative reports to the municipal government for decision-making reference, which is regarded as of great significance. In 1999, the center undertook the computer agriculture item under the 863 program of China. And in 2000, it implemented the task of the municipal government to deliver science and technology to the rural area, which was warmly welcomed by farmers and all circles of life.
