 www中心承办的大连市与郑州市科技成果交流会 Holding the Technological results exchanges betweek Dalian and Zhengzhou 中心概况 郑州市生产力促进中心是1999年11月经郑州市编制委员会批准成立的自收自支性质的事业单位，隶属于郑州市科技局。中心现有工作人员12人，下设1室2部2中心，即办公室、人才培训部、科技咨询部、技术创新服务中心、科技电教中心。  www 1．培训工作：中心与政府有关部门协商，争取到在中心设立郑州市专业技术人员继续教育基地和郑州市会计电算化培训基地，目前已培训学员500多人，不仅获得了培训经验，还取得了一些经济效益。 www 2．科技宣传：中心与郑州教育电视台协定，由中心承做该台的科技宣传教育节目“科技之光”和“致富金桥”。两年来，共制作科普节目700多期，总长度超过15000分钟，对郑州的科技创新活动、科技企业、新产品、新成果、新技术都进行了及时的宣传报道，观众反映良好，取得了较好的社会效益。 www 3．开展共性技术RPM的推广和项目申报咨询：中心依托河南省生产力促进中心的快速原型工程中心，承担了快速原型技术在郑州地区的推广任务，我们积极对相关企业的科技人员进行培训，大力推广该项技术在生产过程中的应用，同时还开展了中小企业创新基金等项目的申报咨询业务，举办了多期创新基金申报培训班。 www 4．组织各种科技活动：两年来，中心积极参与了郑州市开展的各种大型科技活动的组织工作，如一年一度的河南省科技成果交易会郑州团的组织、全国科技活动周郑州市绿城广场的启动仪式等。 下步思路 待高12层、建筑面积7211平方米的生产力促进大厦建成后，要整合郑州市的科技服务资源，以生产力促进中心为龙头，以科技局下属科技中介组织为重点，建立郑州市规范、系统的科技服务体系、为郑州市的科技发展提供全方位的服务。 www
  wwwEstablished under the approval of Zhengzhou Organization Commission in November 1999, Zhengzhou Municipal Productivity Promotion Center is an economically independent government-sponsored institution, subordinated to Zhengzhou Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology. It has 12 staff members, and operation units of general office, personnel training dept., scientific and technological consultation dept., technological innovation service center, and scientific and technological audio-visual education center.  ww 1. Personnel training. With approval of municipal government, the center is listed as the continuous education center for professional technical personnel and the accountant computer training program base in the city. So far, it has provided training programs to over 500 personnel, accumulating work experience and creating some economic benefits. ww 2. Popularizing Science and technology. Under an agreement between the center and Zhengzhou Education TV station, the center undertakes to produce the programs of "Light of Science and Technology" and "Gold Bridge to Wealth" for the TV station. In the past two years, it has made over 700 series of programs popularizing scientific and technological knowledge, with a combined length of 15,000 minutes. It reports on the scientific and technological innovation activities, scientific and technological enterprises, new products, new achievements, and new technologies in the city in good time. And these efforts are well received in the society, creating sound social effects. ww 3. Promoting the general technology of RPM and offering project application advisory service. The c. the rapid prototype manufacture center under Henan PPC as its base to undertake the task of promoting prototype technology in the city. For this purpose, it is active in holding professional training programs for technological personnel in related enterprises. While exerting efforts to introduce the technology into production, it opens up advisory service of innovation fund application for SMEs. To date, it has held a number of training courses for innovation fund application. ww 4. Organizing various ,scientific and technological activities. In the past two years, the center has been enthusiastic in participating to organize various large-scaled scientific and technological activities in the city. They include establishing the Zhengzhou delegation to the annual Henan Provincial Scientific and Technological?,esults Trade Fair, and the opening ceremony of Zhengzhou Green Town Square for the Prospects When the 12-floor 7,211m2 Productivity Promotion Mansion is completed, the center will integrate the scientific and technolocal service resources in the city. Under the new scheme, Zhengzhou Municipal PPC will take the leading role and pay particular attomion to scientific and technological intermediate units under the Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology. The objective is to establish a standardized and systematic scientific and technological service system to provide overall services for the sound development of science and technology in the city.
