  ww Established under approval of MOST and registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs, China Technology Market Association (CTMA)is a first grade association of independent legal personality, under the administration of MOST. ww Under the guide of MOST, CTMA is an assistant of governmental administrative organs in managing technological market affairs. It fully demonstrates the organizing and coordinating functions of industrial associations, surrounds and assists the overall planning and key efforts at different stages of cultivating and constructing technological markets in the country. It relies on the mass of members of the association, widely unites with all parties of life, and initiates activities in all possible ways, to contribute to the cause of accelerating technological result transformation and development of technology market and socialist modernization drive. ww The center relies on CTMA and, under the approval of MOST, serves as a major force in the technological service system of the national technology innovation project. It is devoted to serve SMEs in technological result transformation, new product development and product restructuring. ww Its businesses mainly fall into the ranges of technology transfer, intermediate sales of technology products, advisory services of technological and economic information, communication, training and introduction of advanced management personnel from home and abroad, enterprise planning, and undertaking to hold scientific and technological project exchange fairs. ww At present, the center has several thousand membership units and online membership units nationwide. It has set up close business relations with a dozen of newspapers and magazines. In terms of technological transfer and product promotion, the center has wide publicity channels and strong promotion powers. The Selection of SME Technological Innovation and Technological Results, published annually, may provide customers information on over 1,000 mature and reliable technological projects and new projects under authentication of experts.  1.
