	22 Zhuzhou Municipal Productivity Promotion Center was established in April 1998 under the (1998) No.72 document of Hunan Provincial Department of Science and Technology. It has a number of subordinate units, including Zhuzhou Scientific and Technological Information Harbor, Zhuzhou Technology Market, and Zhuzhou Municipal Scientific and Technological Training Center. It now has 20 staff members, all receiving college and university education.
